Experienced head coach with 25+ years of youth soccer coaching. Known for developing technical skills and tactical awareness.
His successful career as a Professional Player in Romania and Germany, coupled with a degree in Physical Education, allows Constantin to combine his extensive soccer knowledge with the ability to teach young players. Constantin currently coaches FCT Boys 2014/15 Red, Boys 2015/16 Red, Boys 2017/18 Red, and Boys 2018/19 Red
